Welcome to the 2.2 classroom website! Here is where I will write about things we covered in class that week, post important announcements, and homework. However, this year I will mainly be using Seesaw app to post pictures or specific work of your child does (it also allows me to send videos!). Because of this, please have at least one parent in the family download the app and make an account. Most families have already joined, but if you have not joined yet, please do so! It's very simple to do.

Create your account Once I approve you, you can see content from your child After you sign up, download the free Seesaw Family app and sign in. The students learned that: Kind : -Think before you speak or act. -Use gentle words and actions -Put others before yourself -Be polite Respectful: -Listen when others speak -Treat materials at school with care -Treat others with care -Do not talk back to your teachers Hard Working: -Keep going even when it's hard -Use your time wisely -Don't give up -Have a positive attitude We will talk about being self controlled on Monday. We took an initial writing and math assessment to see where we are at for the beginning of the school year. They had their first Literacy and Japanese class today as well. You will receive an email soon about which Japanese class your child was put in (there are 3 different classes). Some class photos from our first day. Have such an awesome first week with your kids!
